Hi! I'm Lois and I look forward to meeting you. My journey with yoga began in my early 20s, exploring various styles along the way. However, it was after overcoming several knee injuries and embracing my 50s that I found solace in the slower, more spiritually enriching practice of Yin Yoga.  Coming from a musical family, I've always been surrounded by the beauty of sound. Incorporating sound into the gentle flow of yoga is where I find true bliss.   I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and tranquillity, and experience the transformative power of Yin Yoga and sound for yourself.
