Nestled within the tranquil Sussex countryside  in Thakeham, at Laybrook Farm, I have created a bespoke, cosy space dedicated to deep relaxation and inner balance. Here, I offer Yin Yoga and sound baths, alongside 1-2-1 sessions in sound, Yin Yoga, and singing bowl massage. My small-group sessions, limited to just six participants, ensure a personal and immersive experience, with all equipment provided. Whether you're seeking stillness, restoration, or a journey into the healing power of sound, this space is designed to support your well-being in a peaceful, nurturing environment.
